Kailyn Peck is currently living in Mansfield, Ohio, where she serves with Pioneer Missions School, a ministry focused on raising up young people to know God deeply and make Him known throughout the world. A graduate of the school’s very first class in January 2024, Kailyn now helps lead and support the program through hands-on discipleship, leadership development, administration, and local outreach.
God first placed this vision on Kailyn’s heart in 2021, and He has continued to draw her deeper into it ever since. She is passionate about equipping others to live out the Gospel with boldness, humility, and deep intimacy with Jesus. Through this ministry, God is not only using her to shape others but is also growing her own leadership and dependence on Him in powerful ways.
This year, Kailyn is helping staff in both the summer school (June 8–August 10) and the fall school (September 23–November 25), walking closely with students as they step into deeper discipleship and real-world ministry.
In January, Kailyn will move to Egypt to continue serving with Pioneer Missions School in a new international context. There, she will help train and disciple students as they learn to live missionally, love radically, and follow Jesus wholeheartedly across cultures. Outside of the school, she also hopes to build relationships with local people in Maadi and make more disciples, living out the Great Commission in everyday life.
Kailyn is expectant and excited to see how the Lord continues to expand His kingdom through Pioneer Missions—both locally and globally—as it grows into a movement of young people living fully surrendered lives for Jesus.

Alvin Troyer

Waves of Hope Ukraine

Alvin’s first missionary trip was to Ukraine to build houses and serve people affected by the war. During that trip, God showed him that it's possible to meet a need, and in the process, teach others how they can serve their own country and people in the same way. Soon after that, the Well offered a short term mission trip opportunity to France with European Initiative. As it was being announced, Alvin knew in his heart that he needed to go. On that trip, the team spent most of their time doing dramas and street evangelism. Both of those trips have made a great impact on Alvin’s life. Alvin has a passion to teach others how to physically build and awaken skills that God put inside of them to serve their own people. This year, Alvin will be going to Ukraine for 2.5 months to help rebuild houses and serve the Ukrainian people. During the time he’s not in Ukraine, he will also be available to help serve with crises around the country here in the United States.

Ukraine: June 6-August 16th

Kirsten has made a two-year commitment to join the staff of the YWAM base in Wyoming (CWAM) - Cowboys With A Mission. During this time she will be leading DTS's half the year, sowing into the students the Lord sends and going on outreach with them. The other half of the year she will be living on base helping in any capacity she is needed. This may include helping with projects on base, teaching classes and/or community outreach.
Recently, Kirsten completed a DTS with CWAM and it was absolutely life changing. With the help of her team and most importantly the Lord, she experienced a lot of inner healing she had been searching for for so long. Along with this she got to be a part of something amazing by going to Central Asia and ministering to the Muslims there. Throughout the 5 month school she saw God work in so many people's lives, including her own and it was incredible. She is taking the step of joining the staff because the Lord made it very clear to her that this was the next thing He was calling her into. Kirsten is so excited to continue on this journey with Him and get to sow into the lives of others the way so many have sown into hers.

For a few years leading up to this, my plans post-grad from high school was to attend college and go into the medical field. It wasn't until a few months until graduation that the Lord spoke to my heart to "simply get to know Him". Although I wholeheartedly understand that Jesus can be experience at any place, I had this urge to take a few months "off" to truly and fully seek Him. YWAM is a program I have been familiar with and have had several friends experience radical and beautiful things from the Lord. I never thought it would be something that I would pursue but slowly and sweetly the Lord nudged me and gave me the desire to embark on something like that. I will be attending a six month mission school called YWAM, where youth all over the world are taught to know Jesus and make Him known to the nations. Within the duration of the six months, I will be diving deeper into the power of the Word, learning how to make meaningful connections, and finding intentional ways to show Jesus' love in and through me as an individual. This period is split into two parts - the lecture phase (where all the teams and students get poured into through scripture readings, preachings, and various community outreach opportunities in Maui) and the outreach phase (where the teams head out to the nations to proclaim the GOOD NEWS and all that we learned in lecture phase).
